Everything in the universe, including rocks and crystals, vibrates at a specific frequency due to the movement of its atoms and molecules. This is a scientific fact. Every living life form has an energy field in and around it.
The perspective in many spiritual and metaphysical teachings is that everything carries vibrations that can be described as being on a spectrum of high to low frequencies, and often associated with positive or negative qualities.

For those who want to improve the quality of your life and gain the benefits from understanding vibrations, here's a more detailed explanation.
----------------------
Everything Vibrates: At a fundamental level, take quantum physics for example, it suggests that all matter and energy are in constant motion, vibrating at different frequencies. This includes not just water, crystals or rocks, and plants, but also people, our thoughts, our emotions, sounds, colors, and even inanimate objects.
Vibrations vary from high to low frequencies. Once you understand how vibrations affect our daily lives, the knowledge will have a great impact on your well-being moving forward if you choose to utilize it. Having knowledge and using it to take action will implement change, but having knowledge and not acting on it makes you an idiot, as I learned from Tony Robbins.
In my life, I have always felt vibrations around people. When speaking with people about spiritual things, I have always gotten goosebumps from my head to my toes. These goosebumps felt to me as resembling an ocean of waves over my skin, and I use this to communicate with universal energies, Source, or God. I have developed my own method for using my ability to communicate with a higher power to help me navigate my life.
High vibrations are often associated with positive emotions like joy, love, gratitude, peace, and inspiration. These frequencies promote well-being, connection, and spiritual growth. Furthermore the frequencies aligned with harmony, creativity, and expansion are often considered high-vibrational as well.
Low Vibrations are often linked to negative emotions like fear, anger, sadness, guilt, and shame. These frequencies are more dense and can create feelings of stagnation, resistance, and disconnection. Moreover, frequencies associated with negativity, destruction, and contraction are often considered low-vibrational.
The idea is that we are constantly interacting with these vibrations around us. We tend to resonate with frequencies that are similar to our own dominant vibrational state. This is why positive people often attract positive experiences, while negative people attract negative experiences.
Many spiritual practices are available to help to raise one's personal vibration through techniques like meditation, positive affirmations, surrounding oneself with uplifting environments, and engaging with high-vibrational objects or practices Examples of this would be working with a Reiki practitioner or other energy healer or even working with certain crystals.
The belief is that the entire universe is in a state of constant vibration, and these vibrations can be qualitatively experienced and categorized along a spectrum of high/positive to low/negative, influencing our well-being and experiences.
