Why Compass Your Purpose
For decades, I wondered what my purpose in life was supposed to be.
I had many interests, but no clear direction. I had no action plan and no one to help me understand why I felt so stuck. I didn't know where to find guidance, so I continued carrying emotional burdens I didn't know how to release.
From the outside, I looked like I was functioning.
On the inside, I was exhausted.
I questioned my worth. I carried physical and emotional pain I didn't understand. I spent so much energy taking care of everyone else that I didn't know how to care for myself.
There were times I wondered,
"Is this all life has to offer?"
"Am I only here to experience pain?"
Eventually, I reached a point where I simply wanted the pain to stop.
Then something changed.
After hitting rock bottom, I began asking different questions.
Instead of asking,
"Why is this happening to me?"
I started asking,
"What can I do to change the way I feel?"
That single shift didn't change my life overnight.
It changed the direction I was walking.
Hope returned slowly.
Very slowly.
For the first time in decades, I believed something better might be possible.
Over the next fifteen years, I immersed myself in personal growth. I learned from one mentor, practiced what I learned, integrated those lessons into my life, and then continued learning from another. Each step built upon the one before it.
Little by little, my life changed.
The sadness and depression lifted.
My health improved.
More importantly, I began to understand that many of the burdens I had carried were never meant to define my future.
As my own life changed, I began recognizing the same struggles in people all around me.
I saw people who felt overwhelmed, exhausted, buried beneath responsibilities, grief, fear, self-doubt, or emotional pain—and many of them had no idea where to begin.
I grew tired of watching good people carry burdens they didn't have to carry alone.
That's why I created Compass Your Purpose.
Not to tell people who they should become.
But to provide a place where they can begin to understand what's been weighing them down, discover why they feel stuck, and learn practical, compassionate ways to move toward greater stability, health, clarity, and purpose.
I believe meaningful change doesn't begin with pushing harder.
It begins with understanding.
And sometimes, all we need is someone willing to walk beside us while we take the next small step.
Why My Approach Is Different
Before I ever guided someone else, I spent decades walking my own healing journey.
I learned a method that helped me integrate the lessons I studied. The integration process allowed me to heal and embody the lessons I was learning. I no longer just knew what to do in my head—I began experiencing lasting change. Transformation became something I could live, not just understand.
Knowledge wasn't enough.
Knowledge creates possibility. Integration creates transformation.
That's why I don't simply share information. I help people understand, integrate, and live what they learn so meaningful change becomes part of everyday life.
Happiness Became Possible.
Peace Became Familiar.
I Began Living Instead of Simply Surviving.
